NB: Please be aware there are different variants of Dyson DC04, DC07, DC14 models and they were produced with different brushroll bars, they are NOT interchangeable. This Dyson brushroll bar is only suitable for the Non clutched (without brush control) versions.

If you are unsure which type of model you have or the meaning of 'clutched' there are a few different ways to identify.
Compare your existing Dyson brush bar to the one pictured above disregarding colour of brushbar plastic and bristles as colour does vary. This brush bar is shaped like a flat bar twisted round if your brush bar does not look like the one pictured is more like a flat bar twisted round you will require the other clutched version brush roll.
Or
Does your Dyson upright have a control knob on the front right hand side that allows you to turn the brushroll on/off? This controls a clutch assembly and this is where the phrase clutch or non clutch version comes from. A DC04, DC07 or DC14 model with this knob is known as a clutched model and this brush bar you are viewing is the correct part. If your machine does have this control knob you have a clutched version and you will require the other brush bar.

The clutched version brushbar is part number BSH/1005

If you are still unsure which version you need please contact us.

Works equally as good as I would expect a genuine Dyson part to work.
